We want you to as pleased as possible with every order you place with us at Barrel of Beads so we package our shipments how we would like to receive them. All our orders are shipped through the USPS. We offer flat rate shipping charges to the US based on order value. We pack and ship all orders within 1-2 business day. (Please allow extra time during holiday times.) All First Class Orders to anywhere in the US will cost $5.00. We do not have a minimum order amount, so you can order as little or as much as you want. In addition we offer free standard shipping to anywhere in the US if your order total is $45 or greater.

International shipping available through UPS or DHL. Price is based on weight and calculated at checkout. Any duties/taxes/VAT are the responsibility of the buyer.
Out of Stock Items
We try our best to keep our inventory as up to date as possible. Occasionally, we are out of stock of items when the order is packed for shipping. A refund will be issued for any out of stock items. If there is an absolutely needed item and a substitution is preferred, please let us know in the comments of your order.
Returns
Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase but we realize there are times that you may not be. We ask that all returns for refund be done within 30 days of confirmation of package delivery. Items being returned must be in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Sorry, but we do not take back returns over 60 days unless it was our mistake or the product is defective. Also, please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is damaged or the result of our error. Thank you.
